I've actually called the Melbourne Office at 132627

yeap.. thats the one that put me on hold for 20 minutes and DID NOT PICK UP~

yes... they have tested my patiences ... and YES i hung up after 20 minuets !

i wonder whats the record time... emmm....

okie... i feel better now..
